Custom Fuel Train and Combustion Solutions

Our fuel trains are pre-wired to a standard enclosure with all wires and terminals labeled. As an option, remote and distributed I/O can be incorporated to reduce field wiring and save time in the field. We are well versed in the Allen Bradley, Siemens, and Mitsubishi family of products for remote and distributed I/O. Other manufacturers and suppliers available upon request.

• Capacities up to 100 million Btu/hr and greater.
• All components can be supplied by SINC Thermal or the customer. We work with all major manufacturers and suppliers for competitive sourcing.
• Design services and 3D modeling of complete assembly available to help plan field routing and integration.
• Welded flange or threaded NPT construction with paint to customer spec.
• Round pin quick disconnect wiring available for all components (Mencom or similar).
• Main gas fuel trains, individual burner fuel trains, and combination combustion skids with combustion air and gas supply available.
• All assemblies are leak checked via pressure testing and or dye penetrant. Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT) available with customer participation.
• All pressure switches, enclosures, shutoff valves, and other devices are powered up and checked for continuity and function to the fullest extent possible.
• Pre-mounted on a forklift ready skid with anchor points; provisions for overhead lifting available upon request.
